The Historical Preservation Society of Cameron is a non-profit, tax deductible organization dedicated to preserving and maintaining a century old public school building (Known locally as “The Old School”) for the benefit and betterment of the community.

General Information
The offices of the Historical Preservation Society are in the Old School facility.
Office hours are Monday – Friday from 9AM to 1PM. If you have any questions regarding the Old School, any of its past students or staff, or would like to tour the building and the memorabilia displayed within, feel free to call the office manager at (816) 632-6063
Daily room rental cost:
Deposit = room rental amount and will be refunded once rooms are cleaned & keys turned in. NO Glitter or confetti!
Room 5 (main level) $75 per day
Library, Main level, per day: $175 all day/ $145 for 1/2 day
Ballroom, Three day rental: $375 (includes kitchen/serving room)
The HPS has made available various rooms throughout the facility available for public use. If you would like to rent a space for an upcoming reception, need space for a meeting, party, reunion, or any other event, please contact the office of the HPS (The Old School) for pricing and availability.
